STUDIO POLICY

Please adhere to the following studio policies.
They were created for your safety and to help you achieve maximum results with our programs.

 

BOOKINGS & WAITLIST

Book your classes and appointments online through our website on our class schedule page or using the MindBody App on your mobile device.

If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. You will receive an email if we can place you in a waitlisted class.  

NO SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel up to 12 hours before a Group Class or 24 hours before a Private Appointment, without being charged. If you cancel after the allotted time durations, you will be charged the full fee for that session.
 

FACILITIES

• For your convenience, we have a small changing area that includes a shower, soap, shampoo, towels and a hairdryer if you need to change before or after your class.

• Bottled water and healthy drinks are offered for sale in our studio sofa area. Only pure water is allowed in class.

• Free WiFi is available, but we do ask that you keep your phone on silent at all times when you’re on the studio premises. If you need to take a call or have a happy chat with other studio friends, kindly step outside to the entrance area ;-).  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Please remove your shoes before entering the workout areas. Personal items may be stored in the cubbies or on hangers at the entry.  
 

PAYMENT

Payment is made Via MindBody online bookings. In the studio, we accept MobilePay and cash only. No refunds.
