Meet Tine, the heart and soul behind Made to Move Studio. As a STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Instructor, she specializes in a wide range of Pilates disciplines, including Mat, Reformer, Chair, Barrels, Cadillac, Total Barre, Zenga, Fascial movements, Injury and Special Populations, as well as Pre-and postnatal Pilates.


Tine's journey into Pilates began after a 20-year business career and becoming a mother to four children. Facing her own health challenges, including a slipped disc and chronic back pain, led her to discover the transformative power of Pilates and physiotherapy. This personal experience fuels her passion for helping others overcome their physical obstacles, just as she did.


In addition to her extensive Pilates training, Tine is a passionate practitioner of the BeActivated technique, which she seamlessly integrates into her teaching approach. This unique blend of modalities allows her to offer safe, effective, and personalized sessions that empower clients to move beyond their limitations and embrace a life free from pain.


Tine's teaching, marked by her energetic and compassionate style, is deeply rooted in the primal and original movements of the human body. She is committed to guiding each of her students towards the joy and satisfaction that comes from intelligent, mindful exercise.
