GETTING STARTED

Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible so you have a seamless, enjoyable experience at our studio. Below, we have listed instructions on how to book classes and what to expect during the process.

New to the studio?

If you’re new to the studio, we ask that you book your Free Private Pilates Trial before attending your first group class.

This initial trial appointment includes a Posture Analysis and movement assessment, which is done primarily for your safety. The analysis also gives us the opportunity to meet and talk before you start classes. This assessment will allow both of us to understand your body more so you get the most out of your Pilates journey.

How to book classes

You don’t need a membership to take classes with us. Simply book your classes via our website. All sessions must be pre-booked, either by scheduling online through this website or on the MindBody App on your mobile.

We also have an iPad available in the studio lounge area for convenient online booking. If you need assistance with booking, we can also help you.


Before your first class...

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to prepare for your first class.

Dress comfortably

We encourage you to wear comfortable workout clothing that fits your form so you can move freely and instructors can see your body in action. For Pilates-based appointments and classes, we do not wear shoes; however, socks are encouraged, especially during the cold winter months. For safety reasons, we recommend wearing socks with grips on the bottom.

When to eat

It is important to adequately fuel your body before your workout. We recommend a light snack one hour before class.

Hydration

Water is vital to a healthy body so we recommend drinking water, herbal teas or fresh juices before and after your class.
